Ian Wallace Has Died

Ian Wallace has died after losing his long fight against esophageal cancer. His wife Margie’s post reads “It breaks my heart to tell you all that Ian left us this morning. He slept through the night and was, to my mind, very comfortable. He was still fighting I asked him to let go and fly away…and he did.”
I saw Ian Wallace perform just a couple of years ago with the 21st Century Schizoid Band. He was absolutely great–one of the best drum performances I’ve ever seen. His passing is a very sad occasion.
